Is Vera(green hammer) Dyed black or color black when you get it - Guild Wars Forums

is vera hammer dyed black like ball hammer victos is?
or is it a silverish color, does anyone know?

You can't dye Green items...so I would say that it is black when you get it. I actually have trouble understanding what you are saying...sorry.

well victos maul is dyed black when you get it, and I saw the vera hammer with darker grip, and i've only seen pics of the hammer so I needed to know if its dyed black.

Answer to the question: No. It is not dyed black. The hammer is naturally black.

You've seen the hammer already. You know it can not be dyed, because it is a green. Phoenix Arrows, though confused, did answer your question.

Then he quickly answered his own question by saying he say the Vera and it had a blackish grip (and not a silverish grip) - and putting that together with the fact that dyes don't effect greens, you can safely assume the coloring he saw is natural to the green.

Vera has the same skin as a Tetsubo hammer. I have Vera, it is my pride and joy (Huge firefly fan). I have never seen a Tetsubo hammer drop nor have I seen anotehr player with one so I have no idea what a natural colored Tetsubo looks like. Vera is a dark colored hammer, it may very well be black. If you wanna see it in person pm me in game later and I'll be glad to show you.
